Not able to fast forward

When we've paused a programme it wont allow us to then fast forward it

Hi @macarthy  It sounds like a software glitch so try restarting the Glass TV to see if that clears it

 

To do this go to Settings > System Management > Resets & Updates > Restart device.  It takes a couple of minutes to completely reboot and you will have a blank screen for a couple of minutes before the Sky logo appears.
