I cannot get a Wi-Fi signal on my sky glass tv . All other devices are working including the PUK upstairs

Have you tried turning the TV off at the wall for a minute and trying to connect again?
How far away from your router is the TV?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Deborah59 If the reboot suggested by @Mister_Dalek doesn't work then try the following:
Put Glass to Standby and then unplug both your Glass TV and router. Leave for a couple of minutes and the plug your router back in and wait for it to finish rebooting. Once it has rebooted plug your glass TV back in and when that has also rebooted it will hopefully have connected to the internet.
Also, go into the Settings > Start up and Standby menu and make sure that Networked Standby Mode is turned ON as this stops Glass losing the network connection when it goes into standby.
