DAZN not playing nfl game pass content

I have had DAZN nfl game pass since it was released in the uk and haven't ever had any issues playing games and live coverage until I got my sky glass 

it's logged in, loads up, lets me select a game for instance but it just shows a continuous loading ring and never plays the content I'm trying to watch, I've check for updates, I've refreshed the apps twice and done countless restarts of the tv by unplugging it but nothing has worked...

It's bugging me and I can't for the life of me get it to work!

any help for anyone would be greatly appreciated

Also if I press the home button and go to currently playing, where it should say DAZN or whatever should be playing, it actually says "you don't have the required subscription to play this programme." Which I do as I can watch it on my chromecast or phone..

Can you access the free NFL Network: 24/7 channel?

Do you use the same email address for Sky and DAZN?
