Member of staff called with new offer yesterday & I missed call. Need them to call back please

@Bobbysmammy   They won't call back, you will need to call them, however if you didn't take the offer up when provided it may no longer be available, most offers need to be accepted at the time.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Ring them back and explain, without going into specifics, i did, yesterday and got a fantastic deal.

I think the take it or leave it now offers are over. Sky chased me over several months my last offer I told them give me a couple of days to look into it, they scheduled a call later in the week then we did a deal.
