Issues returning to Sky

So I have the original Sky Glass tv which I have paid for and am thinking of returning to Sky. However each time I try to order a new tv package via app I am being flogged a new Sky Glass tv and can't get beyond this page without being looped back to the start. If I try to order Sky Stream however  I am told I don't have to as I already have Sky Glass. In the first case my owning a Sky Glass already isn't registered and in the second case it is. But I can't order anything.

I have a Sky Mobile account if that makes a difference. Any help appreciated

Sky's account management is somewhat complicated. Their systems can often get confused, particularly when it comes to trying to restart a streaming subscription on a Glass TV or a customer-owned Stream puck. 

You'll need to call Sky to get it sorted.

Yup as @BenJoBanjo indicates there is no online route to reinstate your service. You need to call sky to do this. You can call 150 from your sky mobile.
