New order of sky glass
I have recently upgraded from sky q to sky glass. It hasn't arrived yet, but I have just received emails saying my subscription has been cancelled and I'm now worried that my order isn't going to arrive. I've been logged out of the mysky app as well so I can't check.

@SiGrandy You're going to have to log back into the My Sky app to track your order as the community has no access to your order or account.
Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
