Hi there,
I literally just got Stream and I hate the user interface and the functionalty is worse than Q (I loved Q) Is there a way to alter my package and go back to Q which I used to have a couple of years ago?

You will need to call Sky (we are fellow subscribers here). They will have to terminate you Stream account and order Q and they could be a wait depending on installer availablity etc.
