Never Mind the Buzzcocks issue

Just been watching Never Mind the Buzzcocks new Christmas special. About 5 minutes from the end the sound disappeared and then it stopped and it won't restart. 

 

I have ongoing issues with my Sky Router which is about 8 years old and sky tv have told me it can cause issues - I've rebooted both it and the sky puck which usually fixes the problem. Other tv programs working fine, but Never Mind the Buzzcocks Christmas special still gives me just a black screen.

And I don't feel like spending hours on the phone to sky help right now.

In a totally unselfish way, I'm quite glad this has happened to someone else. Exact same thing happened to me too and it's so annoying that with just a few minutes to go, I can't get it to even load up.

Same here. Likewise glad it's a wide issue. They need to reload the original. It had some picture dissolve, the lost sound and as said 5 minutes from end.

Not fixed. The search is failing too can't find lot249 a ghost story. 

In all glass / puck is just not ready. 

Miss Q, I could download uhd content from store cannot on new service Hd is the limit. Can everywhere else, so Sky's loss is Primes gain. 

But no one's representing Sky here. It's like shouting into the abyss.

@Dbbbbbbbbnnnnnnm Sky staff dont routinely reply to posts on the forum when they are on duty let alone on Christmas day. The forum is provided as a customer-to-customer channel.

 

The lack of UHD on Sky Store on Stream is a pain but to be honest the whole Sky Store is pretty useless and has been for years luckly there are plenty of alternatives.

The best way to report issues is to contact Sky directly, posting on the Sky Community forum will very rarely get the attention of anyone at Sky unless it's an absolutely major issue, but even that will likely take a while.

 

Your best bet id you really care about this issue is to report programming issues directly to the Viewer Relations Team viewerR@sky.uk
