Netflix

Ive followed the instructions to set up Netflix (I have an existing Netflix account) but it seems to have started a new account with Sky? How do I sort this so my existing Netflix billing stops and transfers over to sky?

Hi @H1010 

 

Signing in tells netflix to stop billing you. See: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/apps-on-sky-q-and-glass-using-netflix

 

You can either user the netflix transfer option to transfer your profile over to the new account or contact netflix and get them to unlink the incorrect account. As per the info in the bottom of that article:

 

"Please note: Linked the wrong Netflix account to your Sky account? You'll need to contact Netflix directly to update it."
