Netflix discontinued from sky box

Hi, I need some help asap! I am paying Netflix through my sky subscription. But it has been disconnected since June! I am also paying Netflix for the exact same thing! I'm paying twice. I've rang sky on numerous occasions and they are not being helpful. How do I fix it?

Why are you  paying  twice , I would cancel  the Netflix  subscription  you are paying  them a s a p as that may be the problem  as they may be confused  with  2 payments and have done something  to stop  you viewing  until  it is sorted out,  and the fact this has been  happening  since  June seems  strange, I am only guessing  about  this but I hope it helps  you

Netflix is included with the base Sky streaming package so if you had a separate Netflix account and were paying Netflix directly prior to getting Sky then you haven't linked your Sky and Netflix accounts correctly ( you have seemingly created another Netflix account and linked that with Sky rather than linking your existing Netflix account).
