Netflix account locked, profiles changed, language changed.

Hi there, hoping someone can offer some insight on this one. Just tried to log into Netflix app on my Sky Glass account. The profiles have changed, I get a message saying the account is locked and the language against each profile has changed from English. I've tried to follow guides to enter the account and reset passwods etc but I then get a message that my e mail associated with the account isn't recognised. Can't get through to Sky for support so reaching out on here. Anyone else had similar??? Thanks in advance for any help.

It will likely end up with you having to contact Netflix customer support 

Sky Stream, Sky Glass Air and Sky Broadband customer

Thanks Mark. Had to contact Netflix support in the end. Their webchat is excellent. No wait and managed to reset and sort the issue in 10 mins or so. Cheers for the link.
