I was watching paramount+, I paused the programme, press the home button to watch a live programme on BBC1, went back to continue watching and now says ERROR CODE: 3304
I googled and have tried things suggested such as refreshing apps, a reboot/restart of the tv. This didnt help. I then logged in on the paramount+ app on my phone and it loaded the initial paramount+ screen then went black/blank and wouldn't go any further.
