I've got a Netflix account saved on my Sky Glass, when when I've gone to watch Netflix today, a Spanish account with 5 locked profiles has come up? I've no idea who's account this is. There is no option anywhere on the screen to log out and log back into my account? I've done a factory reset on the TV but it's still logged into this wrong account. I can't find help anywhere on Netflix or Sky websites, please help!

You need to login to Netflix via a browser and then look for "sign out of all devices" or press the link below.
https://www.netflix.com/ManageDevices
Then check your Netflix details and profiles. Probably best to change password too. Once you done all that try again via the Glass.

of the profiles on the left of the screen where you see home films tv programs etc scroll to the bottom and over to get help on log

Thank you for your help, but the profiles are all locked, you need a pin to access them. As this isn't my account, the 5 locked profiles are all Spanish, I don't know the pin so cannot get past the 'choose a profile' screen. Any further thoughts?

Hi @HannahL88 sign out of all your devices as @Tim+Adams mentioned and change your password as well
But make sure you check the box that says Require all devices to sign in with new password.

Did you manage to find a solution to this? We have the exact same problem.
We managed to sort out on one of our sky boxes but not one of the others as this Spanish account has now locked all the profiles so cannot log out.

Once you get back into your account change your password as it would appear as though your account has been hacked. See the link in post 7 above posted by @best+of+the+best

On the screen get your remote and arrow up.up, down, down, left, right, left, right, up, up, up, up...you will then see the option to sign out

The only way I found around it is try to delete one of the profiles, create a new profile, once's created sign out as usual
