Need engineer

Book engineer - phone line not working & cant physically install new glass tv as I'm registered disabled. Been customer for 22 years.  Need someone to replace wall mounted tv with new glass tv which has arrived today. Also my landline is not working. I've checked my phones & they work so it's the line in.

Hi @Penny44 Sky don't provide engineers or installers for Sky Glass or Sky Stream. You would need to source your own handyman if you wish to replace your existing wall mounted TV with your new Sky Glass TV.

With regards to the issue with your Sky Talk, you can't report faults via this forum which is a community of other Sky customers. I'd suggest working through the steps detailed here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/fix-phone-problems-start .

At the end of those steps if the problem still exists it will provide you with an online form to complete to report the issue to Sky.

As @MarkGoldsmith indicates, that kind of in-premises support for Glass simply doesn't exist (although I'd note putting a television set on a wall would never have been within the remit of a Sky satellite installer either)
