Having same problem on sky streaming, tried refreshing app and restarting. Anyone else having problems with ELLIS ep 2 .

Reply received. Hope this clarifies for others experiencing the same issues:
“There is currently an issue with accessing the My5 App on Sky Stream and Glass at the moment. Our support teams are working on resolving this issue. You should still be able to access this App on another device in the meantime.”

Hope this issue will soon be resolved. FortunatelyI can access My5 on my Android tablet
