Hi,
For the past few weeks the channel 4 app won't load for me. It loads the Home Screen and the programmes but when I click on one I want to watch it comes up with an error code. Although sometimes it can work for a few minutes then goes back to the error code screen. Error code: 4001-STREAM-GEOBLOCK.
Has anyone else had this and managed to get it resolved?
I've done all the usual steps; unplugging/restarting/checking for updates etc. however no use as of yet

Who is your internet provider? Geo block means you are using an IP address assigned to a block outside the UK. This usually happens with some of the smaller ISPs.
Restarting your broadband router may help, but usually you will need to speak to your ISP to resolve. Restarting your glass won't usually help in this situation.
