My sky stream went into factory reset
My sky stream went into factory reset and now after trying to set it up again won't connect to my account, I'm now not able to watch any tv at all through sky, this is now the worst experience ever purchased!!😡😡

Tried ringing goes so far then says it's sending me a link and hangs up call not at all impressed, wish I'd never bothered with it now!!

@mtl35 You'll need to call Sky to get it linked back to your account.
You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.
If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
(UK) https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.
Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.

Call sky and once the automated system says we have sent you a link would you like to use it say no and you will get to talk to an advisor hopefully you will get your problem sorted
