New install

Hi just installed with sky glass, can't use voice, can't get tv listing or sky system or billing etc.

Thank you. Sky tech went through this yesterday. All working except voice. They are sending new remote, possibly this one is faulty. Thank you all for the help and advice.

Have you  connected  it to the Internet, have you  activated it ?

If they don't help then I am afraid you will need to ring Sky.

Try re installing remote to the tv and speak to that before saying hello sky
