Additional Puck

Hi if I wish to add an additional puck for another room is that a one off payment

@Moomintroll For the puck itself I believe it is (though I think if it's your first one it's free) but you will need a Whole Home subscription if you don't already have one, which is an ongoing monthly payment.

You can also order via the my Sky app, that will outlay the cost on there @Moomintroll

Each additional puck as the standard £39.95 fee associated with it. Sometimes Sky offer the first additional puck fee of charge when the Whole Home pack is added to a subscription ( which is a pre-requisite to being able to order additional pucks).
