My sky glass tv isn’t working properly

My sky glass tv is going all different colours and freezing at times

@Leona2 Try rebooting the system as this will often resolve issues. Switch off your Glass or Stream puck at the plug socket and wait for a minute before switching it on again.  It will take about a minute to reboot.

 

If the issue persists phone Sky for further troubleshooting.

I have to reboot after watching anything I stream. Rebooted 6 times today and get black screen every time I try to watch a different show

Hi @Cerys68 

You'll need to report this to Sky themselves, rather than on this forum. Level 2 support are investigating this same issue for me. We're needing to reboot as many as 15-20 times throughout the day as it repeatedly freezes when switching between playlist, live TV and on demand apps.

There appears to be a wider issue affecting mupltiple customers.
