My sky glass tv is going all different colours and freezing at times

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Leona2 Try rebooting the system as this will often resolve issues. Switch off your Glass or Stream puck at the plug socket and wait for a minute before switching it on again. It will take about a minute to reboot.
If the issue persists phone Sky for further troubleshooting.

I have to reboot after watching anything I stream. Rebooted 6 times today and get black screen every time I try to watch a different show

You'll need to report this to Sky themselves, rather than on this forum. Level 2 support are investigating this same issue for me. We're needing to reboot as many as 15-20 times throughout the day as it repeatedly freezes when switching between playlist, live TV and on demand apps.
There appears to be a wider issue affecting mupltiple customers.

Yes I'm having problems, my sky glass switching off to plan blue screen.

By my experience with Sky Glass, cancel it till they're working fine. I still have one but no contract with Sky and after + 2 years still having some problems with th TV and mainly when they update the software. 😞

Rebooting the tv isn't a solution. It's a software problem that Sky still having problems every time that they update the tvs unfortunately 😞

Thank you, switching sky glass off for a couple of minutes then on seems to have solved it😁
