Hi @Tinkbell7
Yes you unbox yourself- I would suggest a second person to help
if the two other boxes you have are sky Q or older they will become inactive as soon as you activate the glass tv. If you want sky in your other rooms you will need to order sky stream boxes and the whole home subscription (in effect multi room)
43inch Gen 1 and 55 inch Gen 2 Sky Glass & sky live camera 3 Pucks. Virgin media M500 on hub 5x. Four sky mobile sims.

There's no installer support for Glass & Stream: that's a fundamental difference to the previous Sky television products, largely because it would have been somewhat unreasonable to expect customers to climb a ladder and put up their own satellite dish.

You can pay £25 to get it unpacked, assembled and put in required position, we'll worth it if you're on your own.

If they really are Sky Q mini boxes as you describe them, Sky will send out packaging for the main Sky Q box and mini boxes they are expecting back.
If the arrival of packaging is delayed, it’s damaged on arrival or doesn’t arrive it’s the customers responsibility to use their own packaging to return it. You can use any packaging as long as it’s secure and you may want to put a note inside with your account number and a list of equipment that is included. This link explains about how to receive an email with your return labels through Royal Mail.
