If you've done the obvious troubleshooting and it's still not working then you'll need to ring Sky. It sounds like the backlight may have failed.
If you are still within the 2 year warranty period then they should swap the TV. If you are outwith the warranty period then you'll be liable for the cost of replacing the TV.
