My sky app problem after ordering sky glass

After ordering sky glass I can not access my sky app

Hi @Rona42 

 

The order should have shouldn't have affected your Sky ID. But it may be waiting for you to set up your account as per the instructions on the email acknowledgement. You can also try the forgotten password procedure as documented here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-id-sky-glass-signing-in

 

Failing this you will need to contact Sky, as we are fellow subscribers on the forum.
