Have been trying to get into discovery+ for 4 days and it just comes up as contact provider every ti

I have been trying to get into discovery+ for 4 days and it keeps telling me to contact my provider

If you login to your Discovery +account on a different device, e.g a web browser, and go to Manage Account. What does it say under subscription type. If your Sky and Discovery + accounts are linked you will see the account type as "discovery+ via Sky" as per the screenshot below.
