Hope u can help. My remote isn't working I have tried to reconnect it but it says it's connected but all the buttons still don't work. I have tried everything. I have only had my sky glass for just under two months. Please advise.

Please see here for steps to try: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/remote-control-help-sky-glass.
There was an issue a while back with a faulty batch of remotes, the fix was to twist the remote gently like you were ringing out a dish cloth.
If these steps don't work you can order a replacement via this link: https://www.sky.com/help/forms/streaming-tv-remote or calling Sky (we are fellow customers here).
In the meantime, if you have Sky Q kit, the Q remote should pair and work with Glass.
