Sky glass tv. Sound but no picture. Or goes blank screen and no sound

Sky glass TV. Isn't working correctly. Won't follow demands. Can't perform software update. Plays sound no picture. Or freezes when asked to play catch up tv with blank screen

@Matthew40 have you tried rebooting the TV? You can do this by unplugging it for a couple of minutes.
