Had bt engineer out and my speed is good but my sky glass keeps freezing n going off im beginning to think i need to go back to the skybox

That would suggest the issue is WiFi rather than broadband: these are not the same thing. Within the first month after activation you can just call Sky to cancel: after that things get a bit trickier.

Ive had the engineers out checking a few times and the wifi is fine just not strong enough at some points for my glass
