My tv has just turned off I hate this sky tv it's the worst tv in the world how do u get it back on

Have you tried turning it off at the plug for a few minutes?
it could equally be the auto standby feature if you haven't moved or pressed any of the buttons for an hour: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-glass-tv-turning-on-off-glance-motion-technology

If you've had it for less than a month then you can return it for a full refund.
