We've turned on the sky Glass and it's coming up. Please wait for signal on the homepage. Click on the channel you want get the same message. Please wait for signal finally goes into just a blank blue screen

@James+Sutcliffe reboot your TV by turning it off at the plug for a few minutes and see if that helps.

Have you tried powering off at the wall for a few minutes and then back on again?
