Hello, our broadband / sky is set to go live on 9th July. We should have multi room to be used in up to 3 rooms. So far we have only received 1 sky puck and 1 home router. Should we have received the multi room equipment by now or do they usually follow? Many thanks, Kirsty

As remarked in other similar posts: 'Whole Home' is a product brand name, not a literal promise. Sky has no idea how many television sets you want to run with Stream until you order that many pucks (and pay the appropriate up-front fee for each of them)

I'd observe that's wording appropriate to the satellite television products rather than Sky Stream. Multiroom was the add-on for Sky+, and Multiscreen for Sky Q (with Q allowing up to three boxes in simultaneous use)
Sky Stream permits up to six pucks (if there's enough bandwidth at the address) through the Whole Home subscription supplement.

Thank you. This wasn't specified when we ordered, was just told we'll be getting multi room for 3 rooms and there was no mention of having to buy any additional equipment, so they're sending out the additional pucks we need. Thanks for everyone's help
