Multi room rules

I pay for multi room in my contract but can't watch Netflix in both rooms at the same time. Is this right?

How many Netflix streams you have at once will depend on your Netflix package.

The standard Netflix with Ads package allows you to view on 2 screens at the same time, so I think that's the limit rather than 1. If you upgrade to Netflix Premium you will be able to watch on 4 screens at the same time.

Multiroom or Whole Home and Netflix are completely unrelated.

They will let you watch Sky TV on multiple Sky TV devices in different rooms in your house. Netflix is a separate app owned by a third party that has its own tiers with its own restrictions on how many concurrent people have be logged in/watching content at the same time.

Re: Multi room rules

Thank you. I just thought that as Netflix is included in my Sky package it would be included in the multi room also. Thanks anyway, now I know!
