There's no point asking the same question and expecting a different answer.

 

if it's still not clear to you - we're customers here. We don't know when your contract starts or ends. You'll need to contact Sky to find out, if you can't find the details in your Sky account.

@Lenroberts  No one here can tell you, you should be abe to see this within the Sky messaging area of your Sky account

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

It should  start  as soon as you activate  the tv on your sky account,  if you mean your  subscription  on the sky glass, and if you  brought  the the tv on a 24 month  or 48 months  contract you can find all this information  by logging  it to your  my app and looking at your  bills, also if you have switched  from sky q to sky glass you will have  two bills to pay, your  last sky q bill and your  first sky glass tv/ what ever  you have subscribed  to

Note that for most users the content subscription will have either an 18 or 24 month minimum term (12 months in RoI) but the loan repayment period will be 48 months.
