Moving Home

Hi,

I have Sky Glass and pucks and I'm moving home on the 29th May. I can see there's a Sky service to do sort the move/transfer but it's not working online or in the app, it's stuck in a loop and just keeps re-directing between these URLs:

https://www.sky.com/moving-home
https://www.sky.com/checkout?c=home-move
https://www.sky.com/checkout/home-move?c=home-move

And then back to:
https://www.sky.com/moving-home

I've tried different browsers etc. but no luck it keeps looping through each one so I can't complete a moving home request.

Thanks

Note that there's no Home Move service for Glass/Stream: you are responsible for taking those with you and connecting them to broadband at the new address.

You should however advise Sky of the new postal address for contract, billing and regional television purposes.

If you have Sky Broadband then that does require booking a move, ideally four weeks before the expected date.

You will need to call Sky in that case to speak to the Home Move team.

You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.

If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number. If you are in the ROI on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.
