You aren't talking to Sky. We are fellow subscribers like yourself. The episode is missing for me too. This means it's likely to be an issue with the metadata for the episode as episode 10 is available.
The best thing to do is email Sky's viewer relations on: viewerR@sky.uk.
They will get the relevant team to investigate.
I have checked and the episode is on Sky Go, so if you are desperate to watch and don't mind a smaller screen for one episode, you can watch it there.
