Martin my sky glass TV is not turning on

My sky glass will not turn on

I'd suggest you try reset both the remote and the TV:

 

Try the recovery process.

On your Sky remote, press 4 and 6 together for three seconds. This will reset your remote. Switch off your TV at the mains again. There's no need to unplug it. Press and hold the Standby button on the right-hand side of the TV.

Keeping your finger on the button, switch the power back on at the mains and wait until you see the LED lights flash, then remove your finger.Let the Sky Glass TV complete the recovery process. This can take up to 15 minutes, depending on your broadband speed.
Switch the TV back on and follow the steps on screen to set up your TV. For more help, see the Setting up Sky Glass article.

Is this using your remote, or are you using the standby/power button on the side of the TV?

My Sky Glass is not working. Have done all the checks which say everything is OK.

I am unable to reach the plug standby switch. Being a contortionist is not one of my skills.

When it does work I find navigation very difficult. I am 77 and disabled.

Sorted my problem so very helpful thank you, my sky glass TV has reset and is now displaying the setup screen, it is however connecting to my router but telling me there is no internet connection although everything else in the house is behaving normally online, bugger!
