Discussion topic: MY SKY_ 1800 Error code

I do not have the ability to watch a single channel on my sky glass not even BBC, ITV etc it's constantly says ungraded subscription this has been an issue for 4 days now , it's Christmas eve . Shocking service from sky keep being told I have to wait for the "IT" guys. Starting to give up hope that after four days it's a fixable issue .

Is it the only Sky streaming device you have?

Also have you tried the good old turn it off at the plug for a minute then back in to see if a reboot helps?
