I'm trying to select a channel but when I select it does show the programme

What channel are you trying to access and what exactly happens? Do you see an error on the screen? Just a blank screen?

Morning,

The home page shows the available channels etc but when I go to chose any channel it selects but stays blue screened. I go to select input for the firestick and that goes blue. I've disconnected the firestick hen that works but on returning to sky home page then return to the firstick it does like it

Selected the channel on sky stream and programme does not display - it is blank. The internet is fine and have full courage so don't understand why the tv is not working.
