Wouldn't let me cancel paramount plus on sky glass kept saying error so I cancelled my recurring payment with the bank as suggested by sky will that work

I haven't got Sky Glass nor use Paramount + but try this link which should allow you to cancel via Sky Marketplace

I tried all that and just won't let me do

it keeps coming up there is a problem error message on it just won't let me do it so I just cancelled payment with the bank

Did you try unplugging the glass for 30 seconds to reboot it and then trying the steps mention above to see if the error disappears?

im not actually sure what will happen if you cancel the payment method but not the actual subscription. I don't know if that will just fail and this cancel the paramount plus subscription or if the subscription renews but the payment method fails and then your marketplace bill becomes overdue as no payment could be taken.

Ok thank you very much for your help a sky employee did tell me to do that so hopefully it will work just have to wait till the subscription is due again to see. I will try yo unplug and see what happens then thank you again
