Loss of wifi

Does anyone know how to contact someone to speak to at sky regarding wifi and broadband, since 5 o'clock today it's been going off, I have done everything you are told to do. My sky signal checkers says there isn't any service at this address, then it says that it is a good signal when everything isn't working. Would be grateful for a sky engineer number to call for help ME1 area TIA

Re: Loss of wifi

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

Hi @Annamae

We are all customers here. You will need to contact sky customer service.

The forum won't allow us to post numbers. See here: https://www.sky.com/help/home/broadband/connecting-to-my-broadband/trouble-connecting/browsing-websi...

Click next through untill theast step and then click, Yes I still need help. You should then be provided with contact details for Sky.
