Looking to upgrade to glass

I currently have Q with 2 boxes extra for multi rooms. On ordering glass it doesn't let me add a second puck? Does anyone know why, as we will need the same surely

Be careful with the use of the term 'upgrade'. Sky Glass is not an upgrade on Q - it's a different means of receiving a service.
