Have had 55" sky glass for 3 months. In that short time I have got the " please wait for your program to load" message on various occasions but having waited for more than 10 minutes nothing has happened. Each time I have resorted to switching off at the mains to reboot tv and this has solved the problem, but it is annoying to have to keep doing this. Is this a problem with the tv, or could it be a broadband problem?

Hi @StewartT1, firstly its worth checking that the "Network standby mode" is set to ON and the "overnight powersaving mode" is set to OFF in the Glass settings, as this may help things. Once you have changed these settings its worth rebooting the TV to make sure it picks up the changes.
