Link sent to sign my Sky Glass Contract doesn't work

I ordered Sky Glass on the phone today and a link was sent via the My Sky app for me to sign the contract. However, whenever I click on it, a page opens and closes straight away. I tried signing out of My Sky app and logging back in again, to no avail. I went on the website and tried it, there it actually said, "the page you are looking for could not be found." And I have till 31st March to sign or the order will be cancelled. There is no way to log this error with Sky, no technical assistance, nothing. What should I do?

Hi @Tim+Adams The contract link just doesn't work. It actually opens an error page. I'm signed in. I've tried both on the web and in the app. Your link just takes me to the same link that says, sign here and yet there's an error at the end.

Hi @nemesio 

In that case you'll need to get in touch with Sky tomorrow to tell them it's not letting you sign the CCA.

@Tim+Adams  Just a thought but would the link work if a customer has failed the secondary credit check?

or is the link only sent once all checks are completed and successful

Hmm @SKY1992bf 

It could be but, I'm not certain but I think if you fail the check you get the "page restricted" message. 

@nemesio Try again tomorrow morning and if not working / no emails from Sky overnight then please post back or call Sky.
