Link device to sky account
Glass to doesn't allow me to connect my device to my sky account...when I enter the website to add product or scan the qr code it says page restricted nd takes me to the sky homepage...

Hi @Londonln30
Try going to sky.com and signing on with your Sky ID. Then browse to: https://www.sky.com/productsettings/streaming-tv/activate
And see if it accepts your code. You need to use the SkyID or create a SkyID with the same email address you used to place your order.
If that doesn't work you will need to call sky for assistance as we are fellow subscribers here on the community.
