Late payments
I have just caught up on three months payment of my sky glass TV, but none of the channels or anything is working

@Les57 Have you also setup a new continuous payment method has this also has to be done before restrictions are lifted
also as you are three months behind payments there's a chance sky have permanently cancelled your account which they are entitled to do as per your terms and conditions
