Playlist issues on tv shows show all

Am having issues with sky glass playlist specifically tv shows show all not

Issue with sky glass playlist tv shows all not loading

 have gone through everything  with sky tried everything in the end have been given new sky glass 55 inch tv configured it to my account was ok for 2 hours then tv show all bar wouldn't load again so I've gained a new tv but problem still there.Its got to be an issue 

at skys end as unless all gen 1 glass tvs  have the same issue that's unlikely .

How many shows do you have in your playlist ?

I also have this issue and raised it on a phone call and via private messages on twitter. Hasn't worked in months and rebooting the TV doesn't sort it. Any idea when this will be looked at and resolved?
