Keep getting old area news and weather

Moved with sky glass 6 months ago.  Still getting old region for news and weather.  Tried gett8ng sky to sort but no one helping

If you go  on the tv guide from  951 bbc one lon hd down to 965 bbc one wal hd all regional channels  are there  hope this helps

@Tammyrox  Did you go through the home move process with Sky before you moved?
