@Rosey430  You're only telling other customers, if you want the forum to help you need to provide far more details.

 

Which channels?  Any error messages?

I have just paid a bill and for 2 days it said it will be back up running i 2 hours but never did. Said to make it go faster restart the box but wouldn't give me the opportunity to do it

Did you miss a payment, in which case your service was restricted?

If your Sky services have been restricted (it’s normally only a missed payment that triggers this), Sky won’t reinstate them until you’ve paid what (Sky believe) is owed in full and set up a new continuous payment method. If your payment is two or more weeks overdue you will have to pay the next one too.

 

Once your full payment has cleared and is in Sky’s account your services should be reinstated, but this may not be instant. Also, any payment you make over a weekend or on a Bank Holiday won’t be processed until the following week as banks are closed.

@Nomisnhoj64  Do you have Sky Q or Sky Glass as you also posted something on the Sky+ boards but then state you have Sky Glass?
