Itv1 technical issue

Hi,

Both my Sky Pucks keep showing the same error message : there is a technical fault, please try again later. It is only on this channel. It has been like this since 6am today on both pucks! I have done the usual hard resets etc and even reset my router (no internet issues) but still not working.

Any advice?
