Try pulling the plug out for a few minutes ... this often clears this type of glitch

I have this today too.  My programme stopped about 6:30pm and I haven't been able to fix all evening.  I can watch Netflix so surely internet connection is ok.  But all of the sky programmes don't load.  Did you manage to find a fix?

Hi have you tried a Restart.

Go to the settings at the bottom of the Home Screen and go to System Management then Resets and Updates, then Restart
